When hosting a party always consider serving punch. That way guests can serve themselves and you’re not spending most of the party mixing cocktails for everyone. This delicious Sparkling Elderflower and Lemonade Punch can be served in either a punch bowl, beverage dispenser or pitcher. I served this super simple cocktail for Christmas, a New Year’s Eve party, as well as a baby sprinkle and guests absolutely loved it! The elderflower makes for a perfect mocktail ingredient, so alcohol is optional. It really is the perfect drink to enjoy all year long.
Ingredients
- 4 bottles (750 ml each) chilled sparkling wine or Champagne (I use Jaume Serra Cristalino cava brut)
- 1 1/2 cups vodka (optional for extra kick)
- 2 cups chilled Belvoir Fruit Farms Organic Elderflower & Lemonade (Keep in mind Belvoir drink is a bit carbonated. You can use an elderflower liqueur if you prefer instead)
- 5 cups chilled Lemonade juice (already sweetened)
- 5 cups chilled Cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 lemon sliced (round)
- 1 bag frozen strawberries (blackberries and blueberries optional)
